Trace around your child's hand. Have your child color it red.	Put a puzzle together.	Give your child paper and scissors. Have your child cut.	Show your child the first letter of her name.	Let your child use water to measure, feel, etc.
Go on a scavenger hunt looking for circles.	Wear something red today.	Read a book. Talk about the characters.	Have your child draw a self-portrait. Date and save it.	Use scissors and cut red paper.
Talk about tomorrow's field trip to the "apple shop."	Visit the fruit market to taste apples. Get some apples to use at home.	Have your child draw a picture and tell you all he remembers about yesterday's field trip. Write down what he says.	Measure an apple with a string. Use the string to find other objects the same length.	Make something to eat using apples.
Let your child use water with dish soap. Measure, pour, feel, etc.	Sing the ABC song. Jump in place 5 times.	See how many circles you can find in your home.	Read the nursery rhyme. Ask your child to draw a picture to go with it.	Practice saying "please" and "thank you."
